Conditions for Specific Services

  1. It's on you to provide the correct details, like your name, phone number, email, business info, date of birth, and gender.
  2. If you have internet issues, power outages, or other technical problems on your end, that's not something PayplusGo is responsible for.
  3. If you experience any issues or delays with online payments, that's often due to the financial institution, bank, or payment gateway handling the transaction. PayplusGo isn't responsible for these hiccups, and we can't be held accountable for any inconvenience or loss caused by them.
    • Your PayplusGo account stays valid for one year from when you create it or from your last transaction, whichever is more recent. After that, it'll expire. We'll let you know when that happens. If you want a refund of any outstanding amount after your account expires, let us know. After we've checked everything, we'll transfer the amount to your bank account.     • If you don't make any transactions for 12 straight months, we'll mark your account as inactive. To reactivate, we'll need to do some checks.
  4. Closing Your Account: Want to close your account and get back any money in it? Just ask us, and after we confirm it's really you, we'll transfer the amount to your bank account and then close your PayplusGo account.
  5. Transactions with Third Parties:
  6. When you deal with third parties or make payments through our services, those dealings are just between you and the third party. If anything goes awry, PayplusGo isn't responsible.

  7. About Our Fee-based Services:
    • You'll need to pay any fees listed for our special services. And just so you know, all our prices are in Indian Rupees.
    • Sometimes, we might change our fees or introduce new ones. If we have to let you know by law, we will

  8. Refunds: If you need a refund for money in your User Account, we'll process it based on current regulations.
  9. Third-party Services: Bought something from another provider using PayplusGo? If there are issues, please talk to them. We can't help with defects in their services.
  10. Connectivity Issues: If our services don't work due to network problems like EDGE, 3G, 4G, or internet connectivity failures, that's beyond our control.
  11. Keep It Confidential: Your password and User Account details are private. Keep them that way.
  12. Change Your Password: For security, update your password right after registering and then regularly (ideally every 15 days).
  13. Sharing Isn't Caring: If you share your password or don't follow our password advice, any issues arising are on you, not PayplusGo.
  14. Unauthorized Access: If your mobile, email, or SIM card is lost, stolen, or misplaced, notify PayplusGo customer care immediately. We'll temporarily block your account until you can reactivate it with a new SIM. Until then, any unauthorized usage is your responsibility.
  15. Account Misuse: Remember, PayplusGo isn't responsible for any misuse of your User Account, no matter the circumstances.
  16. Changes to Account Procedures: Sometimes we might change how accounts are created or operated. This could be due to laws, regulations, or other reasons. We might notify you, or we might not—it depends on the situation.
  17. Service Area: For now, we only offer our services in India. If you're 18 or older and in India, you're good to go. If we detect access from outside India, we might block it.
  18. No Fakes Allowed: Please, no fake IDs or false profile information on our platform.

  20. Technical Issues: If there's a glitch because of our web server, we're not liable for any compensation.

Agreement

  • The Terms are governed by Indian laws. Both parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Delhi courts.
  • For disputes related to the Terms or Services, a sole arbitrator appointed by Payplusgo will oversee. The arbitration will follow the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and take place in New Delhi in English. All arbitration costs will be borne by the disputing End User.
  • For matters under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, including interim reliefs, the exclusive jurisdiction lies with the New Delhi courts.

Waiver and Severability of Terms

  • Not enforcing any right or provision by Payplusgo doesn't mean they've waived that right or provision.
  • If a competent court finds any Terms provision invalid, it should uphold the intended meaning while other provisions continue unchanged.
  • Indemnities, confidentiality, limitation of liability, disclaimers, and dispute resolutions remain valid over time
  • Your relationship with Payplusgo isn't confidential or fiduciary.
