At PayplusGo, we are committed to providing our customers with top-tier service. However, it's important to note our strict cancellation policy

No Cancellation Allowed

Once an order is placed through our Portal, it immediately undergoes processing. Given the instantaneous nature of our service, we do not allow cancellations at any stage of the order.

Exceptions

There are no exceptions to this rule. Once the order is placed and processing begins, we cannot cancel it or offer a refund.

Why No Cancellation?

Our services are designed to be fast, efficient, and responsive. When an order is made, resources are allocated and processes are set in motion instantaneously. This ensures that you receive the service you've requested in the shortest time possible. However, this also means that we can't reverse an order once it has been placed.

Refund Policy

At PayplusGo, we strive for the satisfaction of our customers. While we have a strict "no cancellation" policy in place, we do acknowledge that there are instances where a refund may be necessary. Please read below to understand our refund procedures and policies.

Payment Gateway Failures

Scenario: If a transaction fails due to an issue with the payment gateway. Action: A refund will be initiated automatically for the failed transaction. Refund Timeline: The refunded amount is expected to reflect in the source payment method within 5-7 business days

PayplusGo Wallet Transactions

Scenario: If the transaction is done via the PayplusGo Wallet and it fails. Action: The amount will be instantly refunded to your PayplusGo Wallet. No Refunds for Successful Transactions Please note that refunds are only possible for transactions that have failed during the payment process. If a service has been successfully rendered, we cannot offer a refund, in line with our no-cancellation policy

Refund Process

Once a refund has been initiated, it will be processed back to your original method of payment. The timeline for the refund to appear in your account can vary based on the payment method:

Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days

PayplusGo Wallet: Instantaneous
